Texaclu is muscular and correct gelding with exceptional movement. He is calm, confident and independent making him a pleasure to be around. He had limited showing as a yearling in halter and hunter in hand shown by a novice. That earned him 7th in the Nation in Yearling Stallions with 4 points and tied for 4th in Hunter In Hand Stallions with 8 points!

7th of 33 in Limited Open 3 Year Olds at the South Country Slide In at Cardston, AB

Alberta Horse Improvement Program's Classic Award in recognition of Superior Alberta Bred Horses.

In 2004 Texaclu:
- earned money in Non Pro events at the Cardston Slide In and the Saskatchewan Stakes and Futurities.
- tied for first place in Junior Reining at the Canadian Nationals
- won Canadian National Championship in Amateur Reining
- earned Canadian Nation High Point Champion in Junior Reining

In 2005, at Texaclu's first show he earned his Silver Medallion in Reining with his win at the Super Circuit!
 

Texaclu also earned 2005 Canadian National Championships in both Amateur Reining and Youth Reining 14 to 18 and came Reserve Champion in Junior Reining.
