"Kismet" was a feminine and pretty filly with a lovely neck, nice short head with a teacup muzzle, deep hip and nice straight legs. Very athletic and had a "10" lope. She was started under saddle she had the potential to be a contender in the new Half Arab Reining Futurity but due to a limitation of resources and her exceptional quality we decided to keep her as a broodmare to produce future reiners. Her sire is a Cdn Nat Champion & sire of multiple Cdn Nat Reining Champion with a Superior in Reining, Texaclu SSH. Her dam is by Shine On Mahogany - sire of Champions in both reining and working cow horse at the regional level and at Scottsdale.

We lost Kismet to colic in June of 2008. She left behind her first foal, a bay colt by DK Smartmate. "Smartly" is doing well and has been adopted by an old Arab mare.
